How much is a deposit?
A deposit is 50% of the total cost of your design. Ex. If your design is $300, your deposit is $150.
*Deposits are due once your contract is signed. Once received, I will begin working on your design. The remaining balance is due once final design approval is received. This includes any additional revision rounds and redesign fees if applicable.

What counts as a revision?
Each design service includes a specific number of revision rounds.
A revision round includes:
1. One organized list of requested adjustments.
2. Minor refinements such as color, font, spacing, or text edits.
3. Minor layout adjustments within the approved design concept.

Revisions do NOT include:
1. A complete change in creative direction
2. A new concept after initial approval
3. A full redesign of the layout.
4. Rebranding mid project.

*Additional revision rounds beyond those included in your service are billed at $25 per round. If a new direction is requested after concepts have been delievered, a redesign fee of $50 will apply.
* To maintain excellence and efficiency, we ask that all revision requests be submitted in one detailed message per round. We aim to steward both your vision and our creative time with professionalism and excellence.

When will I receive my design?
Please allow 5-10 business days for initial design concept creation and up to 5 days per revision round.
*Please note if you are requesting multiple designs this will increase the overall turn around time as each design requires its own attention and care.

Do you offer packages?
At this time we do not offer a standard package but can customize one per your individual needs.

Do you offer web design?
We do not offer web design services at this time but can refer you to someone who does.

Do you design for secular projects?
Yes, as long as the project is clean and family-friendly.
